Litigation Secretary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Secretary at Woolliscrofts Solicitors, Hanley. As a Litigation Secretary, your day-to-day tasks will include legal document preparation, assisting with legal tasks, managing calendars, general typing, filing and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in supporting our litigation team and helping ensure the smooth operation of legal proceedings.

Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary useful but not essential
  • Word processing and IT skills including audio dictation
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • The ability to work in a team and use your own judgement
  • Graduates with a Law Degree who have specifically studied litigation and are looking for their first position are welcome to apply
