Litigation Solicitor

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves handling a variety of litigation matters. As a Litigation Solicitor, your day-to-day tasks will include providing legal advice to clients, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. This role requires strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage cases.

Qualifications
  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation with minimum of 5 years PQE but less will be considered if suitable experience has been gained
  • Strong understanding of civil and commercial litigation processes including but not limited to contested probate, dispute resolution, property and commercial litigation, building disputes and landlord and tenant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
