Welcome to the Team, Ken!

We are delighted to welcome Ken to the firm as our new Conveyancing Manager, based at our new Cannock office.

Ken brings with him almost 30 years of experience in residential conveyancing, having begun his career in 1996 as an office junior before progressing through the ranks to become a highly experienced conveyancing Fee Earner. His career has given him an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the residential property process, enabling him to provide practical, straightforward advice to clients at every stage of their transaction.

Over the years, Ken has acted for buyers, sellers, first-time purchasers, home movers and investors, dealing with a wide range of residential property matters. His extensive knowledge, combined with his proactive approach, allows him to anticipate potential issues, find practical solutions and help transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Ken is known for his approachable manner and his commitment to delivering excellent client service. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant events in a person’s life and appreciates that the conveyancing process can often seem complex or daunting. By keeping clients fully informed, communicating clearly and working proactively with all parties involved, he aims to make every transaction as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

As Conveyancing Manager at our new Cannock office, Ken will be providing clients with the high standard of service, efficiency and personal attention that our firm is known for. His attention to detail, responsiveness and wealth of experience make him a valuable addition to the firm as we continue to expand our services.
